Optus Sport: Personal viewing in Australia only. Content and features vary by device and sport. Sport coverage is available as long as you remain on an eligible plan and Optus has the rights. Optus Sport is a month-to-month subscription, which will continue until you cancel your subscription or you move to an ineligible plan. Where your plan includes Optus Sport at no additional cost, your bill will show a $15 charge and corresponding credit.
Premier League: Only available for personal viewing in Australia and is available for the life of your plan whilst we retain the rights (currently 2018/19) and may be cancelled at any time at no cost. Content and features vary by device. Premier League is available as long as you remain on an eligible plan and Optus has Premier League rights, which run from 2016/17 to 2018/19.

Streaming services subject to change at any time. Video content, non-music content such as album art, ads, authentication & app analytics are excluded and will incur data charges. Streaming services may require paid subscription fees & may not have apps available on all mobile operating systems. Suitable for one stream per service on mobile & tablet devices only.
Cancellation: If you cancel before the end of your contract term, you will be charged 30% of the monthly access fee of your plan by the remaining contracted months. If applicable, you will also need to pay out the remaining full cost of your device which will include paying the monthly credit value that Optus was going to cover.
New Tablet Trade Up: Only available on the latest 24-month $30 and above plans. After 12 months you can pay a one-off fee of $99, return your current device in good working order to Optus and buy a new device on a new 24-month plan. Alternatively if you wish to keep your original device simply pay out the full remaining cost of your device including any amount that Optus was going to cover, then upgrade to a new device on a new 24-month plan. Data Pool: If you have more than one My Plan Plus (including SIM Only), My Mobile Broadband Plus, My Plan Flex leasing plans or Mobile Broadband Business plan on the same billing account, the included monthly data allowance will combine into one data pool, which will be shared by all eligible services on that account. This data can also be shared with any existing Share Data Plan. Any unused data in the data pool expires at the end of each billing month.
Additional Data: Additional data automatically charged at $10/1GB. If you use more than 150GB on a single billing account we may continue to charge you at the same rates or restrict your data use until next billing period.

Usage Alerts:Usage alerts are not real-time and delays of up to 48 hours may be experienced.
My Account: Services that share data may have a service login to My Account which will display all service numbers contributing or using the shared data pool on the account, and the amount each service has used. If you have more than 6 services on your account you may not be able to use My Account to monitor usage or add/change alerts.
COVERAGE: With 3G devices, you can access our 3G (UMTS 2100 MHz / 900 MHz) network. With 4G devices and a compatible plan, you can access our 3G network plus some or all of our 4G Plus network. Our 4G Plus network uses multiple frequencies (LTE 700 / 1800 / 2100 / 2300 / 2600 MHz) to provide coverage. Coverage availability will vary depending on your device and location.
